SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Coverage: We ship to all of Colombia.
 Delivery times: Depend on location and product availability. In general:

  • Major cities: 4 to 5 business days .
  • Other regions: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Custom or custom-made equipment: Estimated delivery time will be provided prior to purchase.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General conditions:

  • We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery .
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with labels intact.
  • Returns of promotional products or personal use products (e.g., first skin jersey) are not accepted.

Defective products or shipping error:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via WhatsApp here.  within 2 days of delivery, and we will solve the problem with replacement or refund .

Shipping costs for returns:

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If it is due to a change in size or a customer decision, the customer assumes the shipping cost.

Refunds:

  • They are processed within 15 to 20 business days after receiving the product.
  • The money is returned to the payment method agreed upon with the customer.
  • Commission costs for credit/debit card payments must be borne by the customer.
