By accessing and using Más Aventura , you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are governed by Colombian law, and any disputes will be resolved under its regulations.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• We guarantee the quality of our products, but we are not responsible for misuse or improper installation.
• The tours and courses are designed for riders of varying experience levels; however, each participant is responsible for assessing their ability before enrolling.

3. RISK AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY ON TRAVELS AND COURSES

Off-road and adventure motorcycling involve inherent risks. By registering for a tour or course, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate at your own risk and with full knowledge of the risks.
• More Adventure / Adventure on 2 Wheels is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage to motorcycles or material losses that occur during activities.
• The use of appropriate protective equipment (helmet, boots, gloves, protective clothing) is mandatory.
• We recommend having personal accident or health insurance.

Disclaimer: Before participating in any activity, participants must sign a liability waiver.

4. PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept payments via:

• Credit and debit cards.
• Bank transfers.
• Cash on delivery.

Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
